When In Doubt

Give them the power
Watch how they use it
The good ones will care for it
The less will abuse it.

Sit back and take it
Watch their decisions
They only have power
For as long as it’s given.

Accepting a lie
That you don’t believe
Doesn’t make you a fool
Only the liar’s deceived.

Let them play little games
You stick to the big ones
They don’t see it yet
But there is a difference.

They might get what they want
You might not like what you see
But what you liked you won’t want
And you’ll get what you need.

They might think they know it all
But one thing they don’t know.
Is they will remain small
It’s the givers that grow.
