You see me as a know it all

I often speak as if I do.

So you play all of these games
See how much I will go through
I hope when we’re done playing
You see I only played along for you.

I hope you have what you needed
Whatever it is, if even you do

There were times that we connected
No matter the games in view
And you’ll be a person always respected
No matter who else may have played the game too.

Realise it was always true
And the only backwards steps went
